Overactive Bladder:

Also called urge incontinence, overactive bladder is leakage associated with a spasm of the bladder muscle. A sense of urgency normally occurs and there is not enough time to reach a bathroom before leakage occurs. This type of incontinence is treated with medications or surgery.
